Bob, our salesman, was very professional and quite knowledgeable about roofing, materials, time needed and pricing. My complaint comes with the length of time for the estimate/presentation. Two hours was extremely long for roofing. And one other thing was the lack of a letterhead or a business card. This may seem petty, but seemed unprofessional and I am not sure it would be a binding estimate. There estimate also seemed excessive at nearly twice all other estimates we received.
