We did a bathroom shower replacement evaluation with Tony. He was very professional, and clearly knew his products, company, and customer concerns. We were able to go through remotely (using Microsoft Teams app) a detailed evaluation and get a quote from him on all of the work. We have not decided yet when we will do the remodel but RIHI looks like they provide a high-quality service with excellent materials.
