The Specialist who came to my home was clean (took off shoes to enter a room due to outdoor allergens allergies), professional, polite, very knowledgeable about the product presented, friendly, and work diligently to get me a good deal. The price quoted was a lot less than other companies have quoted. The owner was pleasant and funny on the phone and I enjoyed the conversation. Will add more after the work is completed.
