We did a bathroom shower replacement evaluation with Tony. He was very professional, and clearly knew his products, company, and customer concerns. We were able to go through remotely (using Microsoft Teams app) a detailed evaluation and get a quote from him on all of the work. RIHI was very professional and responsive from start to finish. The windows are beautiful, high quality and reasonably priced. The salesperson was knowledgeable and the installation crew was courteous, clean and knew what they were doing.

We have contracted them to vinyl side our house. Lou Fournier is our Product Specialist. We was very respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the product and the warranties. I will let you know what the outcome is when the job is complete.
