Had a roof done several years ago..contacted them to come see a leak stain on my ceiling. Had to contact Anthony several times. He didn't respond. Finally, I contacted someone else at the office & got a response. He felt the stain wasn't caused by a leak from the roof. Instead of communicating that message to us directly thru our first contacts, he just ignored the emails figuring we would just go away..not a way to respond to a customer either way.
