RIHI replaced our roof. It was a challenging project, complicated by poor weather and the removal of an existing wood shingle roof filled with endless nails. The team was so patient and calm—answering our questions as the work progressed and keeping our property tidy at the end of each day. They went to extreme lengths to protect our front garden, which I very much appreciated. There was always someone at HQ who answered and reassured.
