RED FLAG They want ALL your information AND are super intrusive and insulting, with a condescending tone, and I was a POTENTIAL customer lol...First off cold soliciting my door with a (pleasant) sales associate, only to THEN demand extremely personal family and schedule information over the phone? Refuse to do an estimate after soliciting and having a spazzed out phone/office personality actually get rude because my wife doesn't want to meet your creepy estimators. My wife and I are very happy that we went with RJW for our roof replacement. Every step of the process from initial contact to the end of the project was clearly outlined to us.
