This lady Jennifer took advantage of the fact my parents don't speak English and took their information. They had no idea what they signed up for or what it was. In fact they were under tye impression they won free work on the house. When i called to see if it was real Jennifer was aggressive and rude. She said she needed my name and couldnt do anything without my name. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF NON ENGLISH SPEAKERS IS WRONG.

We had a great experience with RJW. Everyone is so personable and friendly. The windows arrived faster than projected and during the installation process they were attentive to every detail. The windows were installed quickly and they left the outside cleaner than they found it! Chuck, our project manager, was very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. Would highly recommend this company!

I would definitely recommend this company. Their services, product, installation and follow up was excellent. It was made very easy for me to schedule all phases of the project. The initial encounter all the way to the final walk through was very personable, friendly and helpful. They also make you feel safe by sending you their employee’s name and picture prior to the visit to your home. Excellent work!

RJW Exteriors was great from the planning process through the installation, they're very professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They started our project 3 weeks earlier than the original start date, we had French doors installed, new front and storm door and a number of windows replaced. Thanks RJW for a excellent experience! Windows were pretty old along with the doors. I love how easy the new ones are to open and they definitely block so much outdoor noise!
