Roof Masters replaced my roof (including all sheathing) in August 2011. It has already failed and needed to be replaced again. We have mold in the attic so it has been leaking for quite a while. When contacted about the leak Roofmasters sent a crew out but the attempt at repairs was not successful (and they failed to respond when I sent photos of the ongoing leak). We noticed a leak on our ceiling and called Roofmasters. Mr. Howard Rittenberg came by, climbed on the roof and identified the problem as edge of roofing material having unsealed. They had put the roof on for us about 10 years ago and he honored his guarantee by sending repair crew to our home. They had to postpone twice because of weather but mother nature controls that. We had a new roof installed at my mother's house in Rockville. Since the new roof, we had 4 leaks at the corner of a cathedral ceiling where a leak is causing a plaster to fall down to the living room. Even though they claim that the problem was fixed, it obviously was not. One of the owners tells me he will call back and then he doesn't. I am very upset.
