Well, I don't know what happened with folks writing the bad reviews here, but my experience was very, very good. Yep, heard the ad on WTOP, and Kris Corr was right. The complete opposite of the bad reviews I see here. The estimator arrived when he said he would, gave a brief explanation of the process and the various options, and didn't bug me with annoying calls. Our experience was better than average... the estimator was very polite, on time, and informative. They spent time explaining the replacement of the materials and how the work would performed, then when the crew came out the project went as planned. Clean up was great.
