This is my second time having to use Roof Masters. Most recent was this week, due to the high winds a few weeks ago a shingle below off my roof. Disappointing
Reading other recent reviews I realized I am not the only one who have had a terrible experience with Roof Masters. I called four weeks ago in mid October and they told me the first day the can come for an evaluation is November 16th. November 16th came and passed and I didn't hear anything back. I called their office and they told me their technician will get back to me. Scott called me back and said he will get back to me with an estimate, but then he disappeared and never called... I am seriously disappointed with this company. Somehow, through somebody's recommendation, they made my short list of contractors.
