Roof masters is an odd company. When you call to get an estimate, they tell you that the wait to get an estimate is a month, sometimes more. Then, after they come to the house and look at the roof they need to replace, they have to give an in-person sales pitch that lasts any where from 1hr to 2hrs in order for them to give you the estimate. It's crazy, and needless to say a big waste of time. I ended going with another company after enduring the long wait for them to come out to my house twice.... Read more

Our experience was better than average... the estimator was very polite, on time, and informative. They spent time explaining the replacement of the materials and how the work would performed, then when the crew came out the project went as planned. Clean up was great.
