Very dissapointed in the lack of communication from dispatch. I was given a time frame between 2-4PM. I informed dispatch I don't live near this property and if I can be provided with a good time. I had to consistently text and ask for updates. We are now going past the 4PM time & I've been sitting outside my rental property for 2hrs waiting & still no ETA given and I see you close at 4PM. In this day when customer service has gone by the wayside RSI provided a pleasant reminder that professionalism and cordial customer service still exists. I had contacted RSI due to a roof leak and was greeted immediately by Miss Lacey on the other side of the telephone.
