Rotten fascia board repairs, then fully capped/sealed. Installed all new vented soffit, replaced a rotten door header over patio door, re-sealed and capped. Repleaced rotten garage door trim, re-capped. Replaced rotten freize board, and fully capped/sealed.

Full Tear off, replaced 25+ bad sheets of decking due to improper ventilation of prior roof. Replaced damaged fascia, repaired falling gutter.

Full Tear off of old roof, Rotten Wood decking replaced as needed, sister'd/strengthened rafters. All of this ensures your roof goes the distance for proper protection from the elements. We also installed full intake vent as the home had no soffit ventilation, and the gable ends were not adequate. This roof will last a lot longer now that's its breathing! Will also help with their heating/ac costs.
