A pleasure to work with from start to finish. Very responsive and was able to fit me in early, due to a cancellation. The workers were very respectful of my time and left the property in better shape than they found it. They also found a few additional (minor) issues and corrected them for free while fixing the pipe collar. A+ will definitely use again.

We had a consistent leaking problem from our roof. I spent several thousand dollars with various companies trying to fix the problem. When I call Ruff, they agreed to come out. I was thinking of replacing the entire roof. After an inspection by Ruff, they told me the problem was not the roof, but rather I needed to have the top of the walls covered with copper because the masonry was porus and the leaks were coming through the walls. I agreed to have the work done, very reasonably priced and muc... Read more
