Using a philosophy provided by our founder Charles "Buck" Ruff of "creating the standard by which others are judged."         Ruff Roofers started off so promising. Nick contacted me literally 10 minutes after I put in an online inquiry about my roof job, and followed through 2 days later with a visit to my home to begin an estimate. Then things went downhill. I waited several days to get the estimate, and only got it after I called the office and they put me through to Nick directly.
