Had a vent pipe collar replaced. Negative: I found that Ruff Roofers' billing practices were questionable at best. The hours of work billed were three times the actual number of hours worked (I was present when they did work). Further, they priced materials (roofing tiles) at five times the cost of what it cost me to buy the same product, still they insisted I had to use their materials. Positive: they came out quickly when I called for roof repair.
