Even though my repair was all exterior, he told me I did not need to be home for him to work on the roof which worked out for me because I’m on a Caribbean cruise. He still texted me to let me know every step of the way. Thank you Dustin for helping me out, and making me feel better even though I’m a half a world away. ✌️& ❤️ always!!!!

On my transaction there was miscommunication between when the order was placed with the sale rep and the office. I was lost in the system so to speak and called and text several times without response for almost 6 weeks. Until I threated to cancel my order and return my deposit then action was taken. Once that occurred, they were quick and responsive. They guys doing the actual work were very nice and worked extremely hard.
