The team that installed the roof was great and I got a great price. I also had 5 skylights replaced, which had to be straightened again. I was lucky, though, because it was an outside contractor that brought it to my attention. I have to get the inside trim work redone (which was not communicated although apparently in the contract) and my contractor said it wouldn't be even because the skylights weren't straight. You should never be left without clear updates or notice, especially when work is being done on your home, and we will address that internally.
