I called Schoenherr Roofing for a quote and was asked to send an email with photos of my roof damage. I sent the information and I was told I would get contacted by the "repair team". I never received any reply or call back to schedule an inspection. I followed up twice with two different people and I have yet to receive any response. The job is completed now through another contractor. This is the second local roofing company that ghosted me on this quote.

Schoenherr Roofing has to be the most professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable company around. We did our research ahead of time after hail damage to our roof. They gave a very detailed written estimate, and walked us through it. We had never filed an insurance claim before and had a lot of questions.
