Schoenherr Roofing did a solid job presale and the job itself was done in one day. The consulting right up until the job was done was 4 or 5 star for sure. However, one bathroom was not vented (which is against code) and after at least 10 prompts, most not returned, we are officially being ignored. Please note, a simple call back and promise of a specific date the job will be done, even if out a bit, would be fine. Instead, we are receiving no feedback and it's wrong.

Justin came to my mothers house for that we suspected might be having a roof leak. He was very professional and professional and I could tell by his explanations of what he was looking for and testing that he had a great deal of knowledge. In addition I recognized he also wore roofers boots that have soft felt type soles that give roofers good grip but most importantly don’t damage the roofing shingles during install and inspection. We had Schoenherr roofing come out to do our roof. Our sales guy, Seth, was amazing in every way! He was very knowledgeable and helped us feel comfortable in making this decision.
