Our sales rep Clark gave us a competitive price and put in extra effort to make sure we were happy with our choice of shingle color. Our project manager Chad kept us updated every step of the way with texts and photos throughout the day. Unfortunately their communication is horrible. Continued to tell me my roof was completed and had missing drip edge and the several other issues around the chimney. Had to continuously complain until it was resolved. Still not sure it is resolved. They just said u received a good price. WTH! No final inspection as they said would be provided. Left my deck a mess my yard a mess nails everywhere. I would not recommend to anyone!
