I have been using Shiner for years. Every time they have gone above and beyond. They just replaced all my windows and patio door. The windows are fantastic. The house is quieter and more comfortable and the sliding glass door is as easy to open as paper bag.
Don't go any other window and door replacement company till you check with Shiner first.
The only criticism is that they have no showroom to see what they have to offer. But they do have a window sample they can show you in your house.
