After conducting due diligence research, my family selected Shiner Exteriors to assess two leaks in our 20+ year-old roof. Shiner came back with a reasonable price for both a limited repair and a full-scale replacement. We opted for the full replacement. We also discovered a need to concurrently repair our two chimneys.
