Over all we had a very good experience. The only issue we had was that the first available appointment they had wasn't convenient for us and we were told they would call us back with an updated schedule that day. Unfortunately we had to call back a couple of days later because we had not heard from the office. The installer, Luke, was terrific and overall the office was also terrific. I had a leak and they were able to identify the problem and correct it. What a relief to have that taken care of. They also solved a design problem with the drainage off of our front roof.
