We had a new roof installed during Summer/Fall 2015. If I had the chance to do it again I would choose another company.
Pros:
Knowledgeable sales rep. (Was able to point out many flaws with old roof that other companies missed)
Possibly more accurate job cost
Cons:
Most expensive of the companies that bid on our job
Roofers missed job finish date by several days
Roofers left nails and other materials littered about the yard and deck.

Shiner Roofing is awesome! We have had a leak in our garage for a year and other roofers had trouble figuring it out (but happy to spend our money trying to). It was a weird one because it only happened sometimes during rains (but not always).
When the estimator for Shiner came, he was very knowledgeable and his theory made sense for what we were seeing. His solution was much cheaper than others as well.
