In this video, we take you through the before and after of a small second-story wood deck and building a brand-new, larger deck that's both stylish and functional. We used TimberTech Terrain Weathered Oak boards for the main body and Silver Maple for the elegant picture frame border. The sleek Westbury Railing in VertiCable offers an unobstructed view, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Wanted to install patio door in walk out lower level where a single swing in door was originally installed. The first crew removed the existing door and prepared the opening. Had to remove part of the footing that extended above the finished floor. When that was completed the finishing crew returned to install the new patio door. We will be using Siding Unlimited again next year to replace our remaining windows. Hard to beat their customer service and prices!
We worked with Curtis (Madison) to replace our double casement bedroom windows and window sills. His sales pitch was no frills, direct, and focused on what we needed. Install time was quoted at 16 weeks out after signing and it turned out to be less than 12 weeks. Installation was smooth and our final price was far lower than other quotes we received.
