In this video, we take you through the before and after of a small second-story wood deck and building a brand-new, larger deck that's both stylish and functional. We used TimberTech Terrain Weathered Oak boards for the main body and Silver Maple for the elegant picture frame border. The sleek Westbury Railing in VertiCable offers an unobstructed view, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Below the deck, we added Snow Mist breathable soffit and installed a beautiful concrete patio for additional living space. I called the office and they said I had to go through the sales person, but the receptionist said to send her the information and she would try and help since the sales person was ghosting me. I thought the whole process was smooth once it got started. They must be very busy! They came every day on time in horrible weather to build my enclosure and install the siding (coldest week in 50 years). They were professional and listened to my concerns. Travis, Genci and the whole Siding Unlimited team were very easy to work with. They responded quickly to questions. We had our old stucco (Hardy board) and cedar replaced with LP boards. Travis was great with offering suggestions and Genci and the installation team did a great job executing the project. At the end, there were a couple of minor concerns we had and they fixed them right away without any push back. I would definitely recommend this company.
