In this video, we take you through the before and after of a small second-story wood deck and building a brand-new, larger deck that's both stylish and functional. We used TimberTech Terrain Weathered Oak boards for the main body and Silver Maple for the elegant picture frame border. The sleek Westbury Railing in VertiCable offers an unobstructed view, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Below the deck, we added Snow Mist breathable soffit and installed a beautiful concrete patio for additional living space. Not our first rodeo! We have worked with Siding Unlimited before. We have confidence in the quality of their work. The current installation was the replacement of 8 windows over two days. Not only does the work look perfect, but the clean-up was also great. The only negative is that we ordered the windows in July, and they weren't installed until December (in challenging weather). That delay can be blamed on the manufacturer (because of the custom sizing?). So, plan ahead.
