Warm, rich tones and timeless design come together beautifully in this custom deck by Outdoor Living Unlimited. Featuring TimberTech Landmark decking in American Walnut, this deck creates a sophisticated and inviting foundation for outdoor living. We also resurfaced the existing balcony above the new deck, creating a cohesive, updated look throughout the outdoor space. Westbury Tuscany railings in Bronze Fine Texture complement the deep tones of the decking while adding an elegant finishing detail. To complete the space, our team built a custom bench seats right into the deck, providing a comfortable and functional spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

I had my picture window installed today and WOW! Chris and Jake handled the install beautifully- from setup to clean up. Just excellent. The window looks spectacular. Their finish work is top notch! Brian was so great coming to give us our quote and Rosita answered all my questions regarding the ordering and installation process. 10/10 recommend.

I tried to get service on a Window that they installed. The sales person ghosted me; reached out to him several times and he NEVER responded. I called the office and they said I had to go through the sales person, but the receptionist said to send her the information and she would try and help since the sales person was ghosting me. Ultimately she never got back to me either. I told everyone that I was NOT asking for a warranty repair that I was happy to PAY to have it repaired, but I wanted... Read more

We were able to connect with you offline and review the situation internally. We understand that due to a delay in communication, you moved forward with the service independently. The request involved a change to the trim related to a window originally installed over 10 years ago, and our intent was to assist with improving its appearance. If you need service in the future on an item we installed, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I thought the whole process was smooth once it got started. They must be very busy! They came every day on time in horrible weather to build my enclosure and install the siding (coldest week in 50 years). They were professional and listened to my concerns. Brian Gotter is great and generally answered all my calls and emails. I will do more work with them. Brian is just the best! 😀

Travis, Genci and the whole Siding Unlimited team were very easy to work with. They responded quickly to questions. We had our old stucco (Hardy board) and cedar replaced with LP boards. Travis was great with offering suggestions and Genci and the installation team did a great job executing the project. At the end, there were a couple of minor concerns we had and they fixed them right away without any push back. I would definitely recommend this company.
