Thank you for responding Trevor, I really appreciate the kind words. This project was a full siding and windows project and to my understanding the miscommunication happened around rails. We had install detail to do the rails one way, homeowner had a different idea. That is totally fine. We ordered additional posts to adjust the install and in the end have it right. We lost a little time with the manufacturer being backed up on ordering. I know that's a quick explanation. Ultimately we want to make sure we are leaving the home the way the homeowner wants it done with respect to proper installation and longevity. I'm proud of the fact that Trevor points out the install of the siding and windows was very good. I'm hoping the end result is we worked with the homeowner to complete the project the right way. Trevor was great to work with, we'd love more customers like him.
