Warm, rich tones and timeless design come together beautifully in this custom deck by Outdoor Living Unlimited. Featuring TimberTech Landmark decking in American Walnut, this deck creates a sophisticated and inviting foundation for outdoor living. We also resurfaced the existing balcony above the new deck, creating a cohesive, updated look throughout the outdoor space. Westbury Tuscany railings in Bronze Fine Texture complement the deep tones of the decking while adding an elegant finishing detail. To complete the space, our team built a custom bench seats right into the deck, providing a comfortable and functional spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Not our first rodeo! We have worked with Siding Unlimited before. We have confidence in the quality of their work. The current installation was the replacement of 8 windows over two days. Not only does the work look perfect, but the clean-up was also great. The only negative is that we ordered the windows in July, and they weren't installed until December (in challenging weather). That delay can be blamed on the manufacturer (because of the custom sizing?). So, plan ahead.

We were very pleased with the entire process of having our entire house resided with LP Smartside. Mark took the time to prepare a detailed quote, explain it, and answer all of our questions. Castro and his crew did outstanding work in a very timely manner. They left the property looking good at the end of each work day. They took the time to make things fit properly and look great. We will and have highly recommended them to friends considering siding projects.
