Dayton was great. He detailed everything and the whole project went as he stated. Had roof replacement with tear off completed. Work was done efficiently and clean up was perfect. Also had front entry door and patio door replaced. We love the new doors. The installation went smoothly. Carpenters were prompt, pleasant, and very skilled. They both worked hard in hot and humid weather. The workmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend Siding Unlimited. Thanks to all involved Mark McDonald

Our salesperson Brian was good and worked with us on getting what we needed within the budget we had set. The quality of installation and materials selected of both new windows and siding was also very good. The unfortunate side of this transaction was either poor communications internally within their organization or careless mistakes made throughout the process (probably both). Thank you for responding Trevor, I really appreciate the kind words. This project was a full siding and windows project and to my understanding the miscommunication happened around rails. We had install detail to do the rails one way, homeowner had a different idea. That is totally fine. We ordered additional posts to adjust the install and in the end have it right. We lost a little time with the manufacturer being backed up on ordering. I know that's a quick explanation. Ultimately we want to make sure we are leaving the home the way the homeowner wants it done with respect to proper installation and longevity. I'm proud of the fact that Trevor points out the install of the siding and windows was very good. I'm hoping the end result is we worked with the homeowner to complete the project the right way. Trevor was great to work with, we'd love more customers like him.
