We paid a lot of money for them to build our deck. I have to admit the deck is very nice, but where the screws were put in have left a lot of splinter spots. We contacted them about these areas and they said they would send some one out to address the issue. One of their workers came, but didn’t do anything about the areas where people were getting splinters. This deck is around our pool and people walk around bare foot.
