In this video, we take you through the before and after of a small second-story wood deck and building a brand-new, larger deck that's both stylish and functional. We used TimberTech Terrain Weathered Oak boards for the main body and Silver Maple for the elegant picture frame border. The sleek Westbury Railing in VertiCable offers an unobstructed view, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Below the deck, we added Snow Mist breathable soffit and installed a beautiful concrete patio for additional living space. My wife and I chose Siding Unlimited to replace the siding on our home. The design part of the project was great. Dayton Kane was very knowledgeable and presented several options to us. The issues began when the installation started. The crew didn't show up on day one. They turned out to be sub-contractors from out of state and while they did work long days they struggled with installing the siding and trim per the contract. I want to start by saying thank you to Ryan and his wife for choosing Siding Unlimited. We reached out and responded to the their concerns. After seeing this review, we reached out again just to make sure there wasn't anything missed. Ultimately, in the end, we want to make sure the lasting result is a quality job. Ryan's response: "C***** and I recently hosted some Christmas gatherings where family and friends visited. Most of them know we had the house re-sided this year and most of them stated that it looked great. We agree that overall the project does "look" great." Ryan did have real concerns as he mentioned in the review and we feel we addressed his concerns. We want to leave every project with the homeowner receiving a quality job, questions answered, and knowing we have a warranty attached to their project in the event something happens, the homeowner has recourse. Should a warranty claim be needed from a product standpoint, Siding Unlimited will contact the supplier and/or manufacturer to assist in correcting a product issue. If there is a warranty claim for labor, then Siding Unlimited will inspect and take the right path to answering and/or correcting labor claims. Again, thank you to C***** and Ryan for choosing Siding Unlimited and working with us to get to a finished product.
