Warm, rich tones and timeless design come together beautifully in this custom deck by Outdoor Living Unlimited. Featuring TimberTech Landmark decking in American Walnut, this deck creates a sophisticated and inviting foundation for outdoor living. We also resurfaced the existing balcony above the new deck, creating a cohesive, updated look throughout the outdoor space. Westbury Tuscany railings in Bronze Fine Texture complement the deep tones of the decking while adding an elegant finishing detail. To complete the space, our team built a custom bench seats right into the deck, providing a comfortable and functional spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

This backyard was transformed into a complete outdoor living destination by Outdoor Living Unlimited. The deck features TimberTech Landmark decking in French White Oak, accented with a Dark Hickory picture frame border from the TimberTech Vintage Collection. Westbury Tuscany railings in Bronze Fine Texture add a sophisticated finishing touch, while the roof structure over the deck provides added shade and protection from the elements. Below, a custom paver patio extends the living space with County Materials Grand Discover pavers in Enlighten, featuring a Vision inside border and Discover Reflection outside border for added definition and contrast.

Wanted to install patio door in walk out lower level where a single swing in door was originally installed. The first crew removed the existing door and prepared the opening. Had to remove part of the footing that extended above the finished floor. When that was completed the finishing crew returned to install the new patio door. The finished install was performed to the point it look like it was original the home. The care that was taken was with in both stages some of the best work I have had... Read more

We will be using Siding Unlimited again next year to replace our remaining windows. Hard to beat their customer service and prices! We worked with Curtis (Madison) to replace our double casement bedroom windows and window sills. His sales pitch was no frills, direct, and focused on what we needed. Install time was quoted at 16 weeks out after signing and it turned out to be less than 12 weeks. Installation was smooth and our final price was far lower than other quotes we received.
