In this video, we take you through the before and after of a small second-story wood deck and building a brand-new, larger deck that's both stylish and functional. We used TimberTech Terrain Weathered Oak boards for the main body and Silver Maple for the elegant picture frame border. The sleek Westbury Railing in VertiCable offers an unobstructed view, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Below the deck, we added Snow Mist breathable soffit and installed a beautiful concrete patio for additional living space. Siding Unlimited installed vinyl siding on our house in May of 2024. The price was reasonable and the salesman, Sam, was helpful and attentive. The men who did the installation were professional and quick (they completed the job in three days - they even worked on Mothers Day!) and very considerate of the perennials around our house. Our house looks fantastic and we've gotten many compliments from our neighbors. My husband and I highly recommend this business.
