Had 3 windows and patio door installed in February. My sales rep Mark stayed in touch with me throughout the process. After install there were some minor issues with the patio door, but SU sent out the supervisor to review and SU then made arrangements to address them promptly. At the end of the day, everything worked out great. They gave me a competitive price and quality work!

the siding went great, and then had to push to get it doneand the patio door went well. the front picture window was terrible! the first window delivered had a stress fracture and took four weeks to replace. the second window got broken during installation. it took another 5 weeks to get the third window during which there was no communication from siding unlimited. I had to keep calling to get any updates, and had to push to get it done. NOT GOOD!

The sales team is knowledgeable, the office staff is organized and communicates clearly when projects are ready for installation, and the production team delivers high-quality workmanship.
