Warm, rich tones and timeless design come together beautifully in this custom deck by Outdoor Living Unlimited. Featuring TimberTech Landmark decking in American Walnut, this deck creates a sophisticated and inviting foundation for outdoor living. We also resurfaced the existing balcony above the new deck, creating a cohesive, updated look throughout the outdoor space. Westbury Tuscany railings in Bronze Fine Texture complement the deep tones of the decking while adding an elegant finishing detail. To complete the space, our team built a custom bench seats right into the deck, providing a comfortable and functional spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

I am very pleased with choosing Siding Unlimited for my replacement windows. They lied down runners on the living room carpet and left the room clean as can be. The installers were very polite and professional. My salesmen Travis came to check on the progress the day of installation and again after the project was done. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and relatives. Thank you, Shari F.

Update: I have been immediately contacted by Siding Unlimited and discovered that I had been mis-informed on the service I needed. They have gone out of their way to correct this and my dog door will be taken care of. Had siding, windows replaced about 8 yrs ago, needed the dog door closed up now with siding to match. The outside of the frame matches the siding. Called and they don’t do repairs! I spent thousands on siding and windows at the time, now they won’t come out and re-do the outside ... Read more

Update…We got in touch and have a solution. Thank you, Gail, for reaching back out to us. Honest mistake, moving forward in a positive direction. Update…we tried for a couple days to get in touch. We’ll try again tomorrow. We are interested in doing the service. If you see this message please reach out to us. Hi Gail, I read this and my heart dropped. I’m so sorry but we absolutely can take care of this service. For our previous customers, we’ve done some amazing things and replacing a dog door would be no problem. I’m sorry if someone in our office misspoke, but we’ll be reaching out today to make sure we clear this up. Thank you!

Thank you Peter! Gosh, I think your roof is about 10 years old - It's a Northgate, so I know it's holding up. The windows and doors in phases is very common. The repeat business is why it's so important for us to maintain a consistent, top level approach to business. Thank you again for the kind words and the confidence year in and year out. Cheers to 2024!!!

Very happy with our new patio door installed by Siding Unlimited. So much nicer than old door and matches our windows perfectly, also installed by Siding Unlimited a few years ago. We will be using them again for future home improvement projects.
