    Just had a roof and gutter project completed. Fair estimate, reasonable pricing. Job was completed quickly and done well. Second time using them; they did our patio door with great results as well...would recommend this company. My only issue was we had people randomly showing up to work on the house (other than the scheduled date for the roof)...everything outside, so not a big issue, but would have preferred to know when workers were scheduled to be onsite, even if I did not need to be home

    I'm very satisfied with my entire experience with Siding Unlimited. Hired them to replace the siding on my home and install aluminum facia. The house is a 2 story ~2500 Sq. Ft with attached garage. Siding product was LP smart side with the Diamond Kote finish. They use an app called "Hover" which uses photos of the house to work up their estimate and provide a 3D rendering of the project. Made it easy to visualize different trim options and colors before committing to any final selections.... Read more

    Very bad experience with Siding Unlimited April 2024. Experienced very poor communications, re-roof job was oversold telling us we were getting their "best roof team we have" only to have job done incorrectly by not connecting bath fan venting to fan roof vents. Having had a terrible mold problem in our attic in the past as a direct consequence of improperly connected bath fan venting, we know more about proper venting than Siding Unlimited does.
