In this video, we take you through the before and after of a small second-story wood deck and building a brand-new, larger deck that's both stylish and functional. We used TimberTech Terrain Weathered Oak boards for the main body and Silver Maple for the elegant picture frame border. The sleek Westbury Railing in VertiCable offers an unobstructed view, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Below the deck, we added Snow Mist breathable soffit and installed a beautiful concrete patio for additional living space. Had 3 windows and patio door installed in February. My sales rep Mark stayed in touch with me throughout the process. After install there were some minor issues with the patio door, but SU sent out the supervisor to review and SU then made arrangements to address them promptly. At the end of the day, everything worked out great. They gave me a competitive price and quality work!

the siding went great, and then had to push to get it doneand the patio door went well. the front picture window was terrible! the first window delivered had a stress fracture and took four weeks to replace. the second window got broken during installation. it took another 5 weeks to get the third window during which there was no communication from siding unlimited. I had to keep calling to get any updates, and had to push to get it done. NOT GOOD!

I had my siding and gutters installed by Siding Unlimited late in 2025 and early 2026. A few weeks ago, one of the downspout extensions with a bracket so the extension flips up was hit by a lawn mower. This damaged the bracket causing the extension to not flip up straight and it came back down immediately. So, I called Siding Unlimited and talked to Kaya, who was fantastic to see if they could come and replace the bracket. They did it at no cost to me and now the downspouts work perfectly. This ...
