I am very happy with the job calrb and Eric did for me. I wasn't quite sure what they were going to find once they got onto the ladder and started taking off the rotten soffit and the guy's new what to do and how to replace with new fascia and soffit. Caleb and Eric always strive for professionalism and I’m thrilled that Brandon did a great job managing everything over in Dexter. I’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to the whole team personally. They take a lot of pride in not just the "hammer and nails" side of things, but in making sure you feel comfortable and informed while we’re on your property. It means a lot to hear that we’ve earned the top spot among the contractors you’ve worked with over the years. We're glad we could help protect your home's value. Thank you for trusting us with your home and your equity. If you need anything else down the road—or if the neighbors in Dexter start asking who did the clean work—you know where to find us!

We recently hired Smith Builders to repair our fascia. The process was very efficient and everyone was friendly. We even needed to postpone our project for a while and the project manager kindly followed up with us several months later to secure the details. It was all effortless for us and much appreciated!
