I have not actually had them do any work, and I’m probably glad for that. They took several days longer than they had told me to get me an estimate back for a roof replacement and was $13,000 more than the company we actually ended up going with. I implore anyone who gets a bid from these guys to get other bids as well, as there’s no way their product/service is worth the extra cost they had quoted me.

Smith Builders were exceptional through every aspect of my roof and gutter installation. The crew on both jobs were courteous and easy to communicate with. All the work exceeded my expectations and the estimate was what the final bill was too. I mostly want to thank Zachary Christian who came to my house initially and went over everything with me.
