I hired Smith Builders because they are a maine company. I was surprised when Massachusetts workers showed up in my yard. They worked hard but made por decisions. They decided to tear my roof off 4 hours before a large rain storm. They did not get it covered in time and I had water running into an upstairs bedroom and down through my living room ceiling and onto my floor and furniture. What a mess we had. Brandon, project manager, was excellent, and the installation folks did all work exactly as specified. They cleaned up and left no indication they were there except for my new and repaired gutters. Brandon made excellent recommendations and was extremely timely, responsive and professional. He answered all my questions and was very easy to work with.
