The experience was top-notch from the very first contact. We had the benefit of knowing Smith from a different job they had done in our tone, and that went well. Our project was more complicated, and required more communication and follow up. In that regard, Brandon Powell did a remarkable job. We cannot say enough good things about his involvement, customer interface, and responsiveness. We are thrilled to be done with leaks!

Thank you for the incredible review! We take a lot of pride in bringing that 'old-school' expertise to every project, so hearing that our crew’s experience hit a 10/10 really makes our day. We know a roof replacement can be messy, which is why we train our teams to leave a property exactly how they found it. Thank you for the strong recommendation—it was an honor working on your home!

Mike, did a great job getting us lined up for a roof replacement, Smith Builders went above and beyond replacing our roof and tying in our addition roof. The crew was quick and professional. They cleaned up all of the remnant materials, other than the new roof you wouldn't know the team was even here. I can't express my gratitude enough. Again thank you Mike for helping makes this a reality
