Brandon, project manager, was excellent, and the installation folks did all work exactly as specified. They cleaned up and left no indication they were there except for my new and repaired gutters. Brandon made excellent recommendations and was extremely timely, responsive and professional. He answered all my questions and was very easy to work with. I have already recommended the company to a friend.

I wanna Thank Zach and Smith Builders for the Amazing Job they did on our roof! When Zach came out to provide us a Quote, he was so thoughtful and kind. He explained everything to us, was patient with our questions and did not try to sugar coat what needed to be done. This alone was so impressive that we decided to go with Smith Builders to replace our roof. Zach continued to communicate with us over the course of the next month to ensure we were prepared and kept us posted about the progress of... Read more

Thank you so much for this wonderful and detailed review! We are so happy to hear that Zachary made you feel comfortable and informed from that very first visit. Honesty and patience are exactly what we look for in our team. I’ll be sure to pass your kudos along to Juan and the entire crew; they really are a strong team, and we’re glad you noticed the hard work from everyone on site! We know how stressful a tight budget can be, especially with unexpected repairs, so we were honored to work with you to find a solution that provided peace of mind without breaking the bank. Enjoy your beautiful new roof!

I hired Smith Builders to install snow bars on Mom's metal roof. From start to finish, Mike provided prompt and detailed communication. I was updated every step of the way. Mike perfectly matched the color of the snow bars to Mom's metal roof, and the job done was outstanding! I highly recommend Mike and Smith Builders, and they will be the first and only company I contact for any future needs!

We just had our roof done by Smith Builders. They redid our chimney, put in new skylights, shingled the roof and added new fascia trim. Michael Gray, our project manager, was very professional and kept us up to date on the project. He delivered everything we asked for. The workers were fast, friendly and did an amazing job!
