If you are reading reviews you are looking for advice. We just had a large roof completed by Smith Builders and we are lucky to have found them for our roof. Chris and Zac are craftsmen! They instill confidence in the client like no other. I wish they did more than just roofs. I wouldn't go with anyone else if you are looking to have your roof work done. This company was super responsive and kept us posted as rain delays pushed our start date back. They were here for just a few days and we couldn't tell we had any work done around the house because they cleaned up so well. We had such problems with the last roofer that we will absolutely recommend this one to everyone and they support our veterans which is just the cherry on top. Recently had my roof redone and have no complaints with any part of the process. Met with Zach for initial inspection. He went on to the roof to inspect dormers and vents then headed to the attic to check for water intrusion. Which was nice since I had other quotes where they just rough measured ansgave me a very generalised quote. They started when they said they would and it was complete including cleanup in 48 hours
