We purchased our home in 2020. We thought we were good with a metal roof. Then the early Feb 2022 blizzard like snow storm happened. The gale force swirling winds drove snow and ice up under the ridge vent of our home's metal roof. The snow and ice melted finding it's way straight down, and we had water damage. Smith Builders is the best!! They removed two layers of shingles from my roof, replaced 10 boards that were severly damaged, then of course laid down new roofing all in 1 and a half days. They're extremely responsive, professional, have GREAT customer service, and show outstanding quality in their work! We had an expired quote that they still honored, folks in this general area theses are the go to guys, 10/10 STRONGLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you Smith Builders for being OUTSTANDING!

I have a high roof with a steep pitch. It was very challenging to get a roofer to respond and follow through. When I went to Smith Builders they were professional and friendly. Mike came out, gave an estimate and was easy to communicate with. They had my job scheduled within weeks and came when they said they would with a whole crew of great folks. They worked hard and had the job complete in one day. I was shocked at their efficiency. Great experience with Smith Builders!!!
