We could not be happier with the work they did. They not only replaced my roof, but fixed issue with our siding and took down an old chimney. Very efficient, kind workers. They really worked as a team. House looks awesome. :)

I am extremely disappointed with Smith Builders.
I contacted Smith Builders on March 15th, 2021 to inspect, and hopefully repair, a new, standing seam metal roof that another contractor had installed poorly.
They were initially very responsive and within a week they arrived and used a drone to inspect the roof. Smith Builders put on a new roof on the garage that was in pretty bad shape and fixed a leaky porch roof. I have never had a better crew at my house. I can't say enough great things about them. They are just the best in every way.
Smith's cared that metal shavings from a metal pipe cutting stained some shingles in a way that did not wash off. They saw this and came and replaced those shingles.
