Smith builders sided a giant old building for us. Our warehouse project was much larger than a lot of our smaller local contractors wanted to tackle—but The Smith crew did it with a smile! They were on time, on schedule and stuck to the quote we received. They were understanding when we had to get in their way to keep our business going, and they never missed a beat when faced with the challenges of working on a 150 year old building! They were considerate, polite and professional with our team ... Read more

One of the most professional contractors we have dealt with. Zach showed up within a day. His communication was excellent throughout the project. The crew was phenomenal. We had a tricky roof with some valleys, and they completed the job within two days. Very happy. Outstanding company to do business with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Smith Builders. They were quick to respond to a leak in my roof. Their prices were very fair for the job. The crew made the repairs quickly without issues. If you are in need of a repair or new roof call Smith Builders you won't be disappointed.

My roof shingles took a beating on the first bad storm, back in December 2023. A corner of my roof had shingles, waterproofing matt, drip edges, along with vinyl fascia trimming on the back of my house ripped away by the winds. Several roofers I called never returned my phone call, not even to inquire what I needed. Looking further out, I noticed the Smith Builders (Glenburn) website. Hoping for a response, I requested a call from them via their website. The very next day, Jessica, from Smith Bu... Read more

There is nothing bad to say about my experience with Smith Builders. We worked with them to replace the aluminum siding on our house in Old Town. From quote to contract, to work to final bill, they were timely, professional, and easy to get ahold of. Each phone call was recorded, which gave me complete confidence that each change we discussed would be put into place.
