I hired Smith Builders because they are a maine company. I was surprised when Massachusetts workers showed up in my yard. They worked hard but made por decisions. They decided to tear my roof off 4 hours before a large rain storm. They did not get it covered in time and I had water running into an upstairs bedroom and down through my living room ceiling and onto my floor and furniture. What a mess we had. He wrote up multiple quotes based on different options we had spoken about. All the work was done efficiently by the technicians with attention to detail.
