Smith's has done two roofing jobs for us. One was a whole roof replacement with metal, the other was a repair to an existing roof. They have been great to work with. They show up when they say they will, do the job, and leave the job site clean. Every employee I have encountered from Smith's has be extremely polite and courteous. We cannot recommend them enough!

From start to finish this company was a joy to work with. From the very first visit when Glenn measured and photographed the work proposed, answered many questions, shared ideas - to my final payment all went well. I was impressed with the proposal, very complete - even a copy of their insurance! The work crew was efficient and very polite. They left the work area spotless. A super company!

Great experience start to finish! Dale and his crew showed up on time and ready to go. They worked speedily and efficiently through a 90° day all while providing endless entertainment and conversation for my very inquisitive toddler. Job was finished well before we anticipated and everything was cleaned up beautifully before they departed. I'd definitely use them for future projects, and won't hesitate referring them to a neighbor.

My experience with Smith Builders has been excellent right from when I met Glenn at the Bangor Home Show. The men that worked on my building were professional and courteous, I got along well with all of them.
