Would not recommend. On two separate occasions I had called Smith Builders to come out to our residence for two different projects. One was a fairly in-depth construction project, the other was a simple exterior Christmas light install for the holiday season. Did a great job installing my roof de-icing cables. Knew what they were doing. What I liked is that the installers, Dale & Caleb had taken pictures of what they did to show me afterwards. Thanks to Brandon Powell for staying in communication with me regarding any delays and rescheduling. Would recommend this crew anytime.

I had an excellent experience with Smith Builders. They go above and beyond to give you confidence in the investment you are making. Our sales rep Michael Gray kept us informed along the way about timing and progress, and discussed any issues as they arose. Extremely professional crew, no debris left behind. The crew kept very consistent hours which were easy to plan around. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I couldn't be more impressed with the roofing job provided by Smith Builders! Mike Gray was helpful throughout the process, even making requested changes to my quote when I changed my mind about what I wanted. Their crew worked diligently in some really chilly conditions to get the entire job completed in a single day.
