I've had lots of work done on my many houses over the years. But the new roof that Smith Builders installed recently, was by far, the best service I've ever had. The quote was reasonable (for a big roof). The crew showed up promptly at 7:00am and worked like demons to strip the old roof and put the new one on by the end of the day. With my experience with Smith Builders, I would absolutely recommend them to replace your shingled roof if you are considering a new roof for your home. We were gone on vacation when our roof was done. I was assured that that this wasn’t an issue as they said it happens often. I gave them a list of things that I had concerns about and they did everything that I had asked them to do.
