I called for a flashing repair on a 10 year old roof. I already had quotes from two different company's. The phone rep didn't know what I was talking about and had to wait for her manager to return. A few hours later I received a call from the rep. Her manager told her they would need to replace all the shingles on the entire roof, without ever coming to look at the job.
